Adult Community

You must be 18 or older to play in Arise Roleplay. Our community consists of players that are strictly 18+ and we will NOT be allowing anyone under the age of 18 to play our city.

General Rules

If your overall roleplay quality is considered to be low or inconsistent, you may be evaluated by the staff team. If your conduct is considered to be harmful to the overall quality of roleplay on the server, you may face consequences such as a ban.
A working microphone is required, and your microphone should always be on PUSH-TO-TALK.
You may only use in-game currency to purchase items from players. This means you cannot sell in-game items or services in exchange for real life currency or its equivalent (CashApp, PayPal, gifted subs, etc.).
Our server cooperates and abides by Terms of Services (ToS) of Twitch, Kick, as well as Fivem. Players that violate these terms that include (hateful conduct, hate speech, racism, homophobia, etc.) will result in an automatic ban from our server with no appeal. ToS can be viewed .
You may not engage in toxic behavior against other players or staff - this applies to in city, Discord or other public platforms. This also includes disclosing your tickets or conversations with staff on or off stream.
Scamming for the following donation items (donation vehicles, tuner chips, homes) is not allowed and will result in a ban.
All tickets must be reported as soon as possible following the rule break. All tickets must be reported within an hour of the scene.

Graphics and Sound packs

Unrealistic or "shooter" graphic and sound packs are prohibited.
This includes the following: - Sound packs that give you any sort of advantage or are unrealistic. - Stretched FOVs - Tracers - Day/Night Cycle packs are required - Realistic Skies are required - No Props & No Vegetation is prohibited - Kill/Blood effects are PROHIBITED

If you are curious if your graphics/sound pack being prohibited, feel free to open a ticket to verify with staff.

Character Limitations

Each player is permitted to create 6 characters.
Each character must have a realistic name.
You may NOT exchange information or items between characters - your characters do not know each other. This will result in a ban.
You may not have a cousin that’s in a gang and another cousin in PD or EMS.

General Limitations

MLOs

No more than 2 MLOS total. Including BroFX and Custom MLOs. As of now, you maye only have 1 BroFX MLO at a time. MLOs cannot be transferred. Once you purchase the MLO it stays with you. Should you want to part with the MLO, you will have to surrender it to Arise Staff.

- Prices are subject to change depending on the state of the economy. Please open a ticket or contact realtor in city if you are interested in purchasing a property.
- Houses are automatically removed after 30 days, if you aren't actively using it. Real Estate is not liable for any items lost, should your house go inactive. This includes MLOs.

Businesses

No more than 2 businesses can be owned by one player. Businesses cannot be transferred. Should you want to part with the business, you will have to surrender it to Arise Staff.
