Theft, Robbery, & Heist Rules
General Heist Rules
You must wait 24 minutes in between heists. You cannot "steal" a heist from another group of players.
T-Counts and Hostages
You can have a maximum of 5 people on scene for a robbery heist, not including hostages. You can have additional person to assist with spotting or as an outside shooter.
If you are in a gang you may recruit civilians to assist with your heist, but you may not have more than 2 civilians to assist.
This is the only time that Gangs/Civ mixing is allowed.
When hitting a heist with local armed guards present (armed NPCs), you MUST have a hostage present. Failure to have a hostage will be considered FRP and could result in punishment and losing your loot from the heist. Bank trucks are currently exempt from this rule. Fake hostages are not allowed for heists or criminal activities. This means you may not use a friend or pay someone to act as a hostage. - You may not add hostages after the scene has been initiated.
If you take PD hostage, you must comply with the following restrictions: - You may not take an PD personnel hostage if they are the only one on duty at the time. - You may only take 1 PD personnel as hostage in a scene. - If you take a PD personnel hostage, you may not have an additional civilian hostage.
You cannot take EMS hostage.
If asked by police, you must disclose if you have an outside shooter/spotter. - You have 20 minutes from the time that police arrives on scene to complete your heist. Otherwise PD is clear to breach and proceed as they deem fit.
